		<description><![CDATA[This is why since I graduated from college in 1992 I&#039;ve maintained a private mailbox (NOT a PO Box) with Postal Annex, UPS Store, Mailboxes Etc., etc. -- and not merely directed ALL of my mail there, but also made that the address on my drivers&#039; license and ID.

No CCWs in Bay Area California, so that&#039;s the best I can do.]]></description>
