I read the blub on the back cover or jacket blub and the first two pages or so.

I will admit I am a sucker for a good looking cover. I just like books!

this may be heresy to admit, but i totally choose books by covers. there are definitely authors i follow, so names do mean something occasionally, but usually i just wander the aisles & pick up interesting covers.

that said, i have shelves & shelves of interesting looking books. someday i'll actually have time to read them all.

He he he. Two years of Kindermusik. I knew all the good songs. I could even sing them in key.

One of the lessons I decided to wail out in my stage voice. I turned heads and Little Thing started clapping.

I was also know for tossing the child in the air. Weeeee!

Um, so, totally off topic. You've contributed to our household. My two-year-old boy now says,

"Sing Soom Highway! Sing Soom Highway!" and then throws himself backward off of my lap the second I start and way before I get to STOP.

And today walking to the library my daughter sang it softly to herself and then STOPPED every time she got to STOP.
